Homemade Sun Blush Tomatoes





Ingredients:


Egg tomatoes


Olive oil


Salt


Pepper


Caster sugar


2 garlic cloves, finely chopped


2 tablespoons thyme, chopped





Steps:


1. Core and halve tomatoes.





2. Brush with olive oil.





3. Sprinkle with all other ingredients.





4. Place them flat on a try and dry in oven on 125 Degrees C for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Yes you can make them at home. Core and halve the tomatoes, sprinkle on chopped garlic,oregano, salt and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, put them on a baking tray, and oven roast them at the lowest setting for about 3 hours.
