definitely not. remember, moderation is key- don't use too much! and makeup is great, but whats on the inside is what really makes someone beautiful. If you like blush....you have to try Smashbox O Glow. Its the best!! =]
For 12 years old I would recommend just gloss.
just use some gloss with spf. all the other stuff will just make you look slutty at 12.
blush is over doing it. it's for older women who have lost thier color. mascara and gloss is good for your age.
i think at 12 you should only use gloss...i think it is a lil much cuz you dont wanna look like bad if youre over doing your makeup...just stick to the gloss

I'd say go for the lip gloss and clear mascara.
I say blush and gloss is okay. But go easy on the eye makeup, that is where you can go over the top with out knowing it. If you are blonde or have lightly colored eye lashes then go ahead with the mascara but if you really don't need it then don't where it.
I think that's fine. When I was that age I used mascara, blush, and eyeshadow. As long as you don't use eyeliner. That makes you look about 5 years older if you put it on too heavily!
For the eyes, not both eyshadow and mascara. One or the other. And don't do the lips if you have eyshadow on. You can do the lips with mascara, though. That would look okay, unless you are super lengthening your eylashes. I would stick with a soft mascara, that brings more life and maybe just a tiny bit of length.

No, I think that is a very good amount of makeup for a 12 year-old, just don't go too heavy on the blush, you want it to accentuate your checks, not draw attention to them!
