lately my anxiety has gotten to me. today I skipped class and went to 1 class. in that class I worked with a friend then the rest I studied by myself. when i was studying I felt uneasy and felt alot of anxiety. I was also blushing. since we had a sub, everyone else talked to their friends, out loud. I could hear everyone. I just didnt feel like myself.also this is not about a girl since, idont have a crush on anyone. this is my first week with a mp3 since I just broke mine since 3 years ago.Anxiety and blushing problems?

you need to think positively and always repeat positive thoughts in your head..tell yourself your strong and that you control your body and not vice-versa...you will overcome everything you worry/fear if you are determined. if what i said wasnt enough then the next step is to go and see a counciler in your school or a therapist ...u need to get to the root of the problem and get rid of those thoughts b4 it gets worse as you grow up..and u need to be closer to god..he will answer your prayers
This is actually the main symptom of a condition called Social Anxiety Disorder and there is medicine for it. Just Google this terrm and you'll be surprised to learn you are not lone or strange. Many people have this and think they just suffer from shyness....! But, shyness is actually another symptom of this disorder! So, please stop feeling like this (And it can get worse if left untreated, leading to severe depression) and get the help you need.... It may just save your life!

When I turned and realized who it was, I did a head-to-toe full-body blush. And I almost NEVER blush.

Fantastic Faves: I love Lancome everything...smokey green eyes, blush is tawny, lipstick is apricot glaze, and I like the light brown eye brush. Brushes are everything if you know how to use them...buy the good ones and practice. I also use Sasha consealer from Target it is the best and resonably priced....wish someone did my makeup everyday...I am going to try Bare Minerals soon...so I won't look too made up...going for more natural look....
I like warm tones: mocha brown eye shadow, medium brown eyebrow pencil, black mascara and eyeliner, coral or mocha lipstick, and copper blush
Eyeshadow: I use Almay's line for this becaue I have green eyes that I want to bring out just a bit. It is a light green from brow to crease, darker green on the crease, and a pretty light purple on the eyelid.





Eyeliner: Black, but I am going to switch over to a brownish red to accent my eye color soon.





Mascara: Black





Foundation: Pale with yellow/orange undertones.





Blush: A really pretty peach just a few shades... peachier than my face.





Eyebrow color: A really dark brown eyebrow shadow becaue although I have black thick hair, my eyebrows arent as thick.





Lipstick: Berry colors with red in them, usually a gloss.

Eyes: I have three. A flat haired one with a nice tip for my eyelid, a poofy one for my brow, and a tiny little poofy one for my crease. I also have an eyebrow brush. And one of those with the one side for your eyelashes, the other for your eyebrows.





Blush: Regular looking blush brush.





All of my brushes are from a makeup counter called perscriptives, and are all extrmely expensive. Even though they cost more, they are soft so my skin does not get pulled or irritated when I apply makeup.
My fave eyeshadow is white,grays,dark blue or black for that smokey look.


My fave eyeliner is black.


My fan lipstick is light pinks i like alot of shine.


My fave nail polish is hot pink,black,or dark blue.


And i say i must have my sharpners,my tweezer,and my nail file on hand at all times!
I have very fair skin and light hair, so I wear a light peach blush, purple shadow in the crease and very light gold under my brow, brown-black eyeliner, black mascara, and a light pink gloss. That sounds like a lot, but I use very little of each :-)
I use green or lilac eyeshadow this time of year, coral/peachy blush, medium brown lip liner...with that new pink lip gloss from loreal (I fill in my lips completely with the liner). I've been sporting coral or fuchsia nails - or even french white tips depending on my mood. I guess the cosmetic that I use the most would be my lip gloss -


I don't wear make-up everyday so when I'm on the go - that's what I reach for!

I like natural colors the most. I am not saying that your make up doesn't look good, but the colors you are mentioning that you put on yourself are very harsh colors. Not many people can pull those off. And dark black eye liner, is ok but its becoming a thing of the past...But it depends how you pair the eye liner with the eyeshadow. It can look good with a violet or even pink. But a heavy load of black eye liner looks rather disgusting (not saying you do that).


My own personal belief is that the more natural looking the make up, the better you look. I agree with your pro make up brushes, its a must have.

I wear carmex under every lip product, I put it on before my liner and it keeps my lips soft and cold-sore free





Now I dont wear all of this at the same time, whenever I do lipstick I dont wear anything but heavy mascara. If I do smokey eyes, I throw on a light light light pink gloss, barely different theen my nat. color. When I wear bronzer, I use eye pencil, brow highlighter, light blush and carmex, and when I do purple eyeshadow, I use Juicy Tubes and nude blush.





All of my makeup is either Chanel, Lancome, Urban Decay or Hard Candy. It's depressing, really, cuz Im not exactly rollin in da dough but I refuse to buy any product for under 20... (except for my carmex, of course!)
My favorites: eye shadow: that really dark purple that almost looks black ; blush: baby pink ; lipstick: it's this really light pink that's called suger glaze ; sometimes my mom darkens my eyebrows with a dark brown colored eye pencil, and I like aqua green eye liner. My fave lip pencil is silver and the tool I use is a eyebrow brush from clinque.

OMG!! You have to get Peach Satin, it's such a pretty, flattering color for all skin tones. This is the drugstore equivalent to NARS in Orgasm! Plus the blush has a nice finish on the skin, it highlights your entire cheek and it lasts for a long time.

I wouldn't recommend a pinkish or rosie shade of blush, I would go for a bronzer. The panic attacks happen almost on a daily basis (can happen multiple times a day) and can be triggered by literally any event.

What you have to do is get to the root of the problem, very simply by just becoming aware of why you feel panicky in certain situations, where does it all stem from.





Maybe you went red before now you're giving it too much thought, I'm not sure of your exact situation.





When you start to feel a bit panicky, don't fear it. Don't feel you have to hold onto it. Let it come, don't do anything, don't fight it or anything, ride it out and it will go on it's own because it's simply a build up of an emotion, maybe fear.





Don't worry about a panic attack because it might not happen. If it does, you know you don't have to worry about it or hold onto it because it's a state caused by an emotion that you are in control of.





Another thing to remember is that there is no right or wrong way to be around people. So if you go red, it doesn't matter.





So, don't worry. Let them come, let them go. The most important thing is to understand where it stems from. Once you know that, once you understand them and why it happens, you can put an end to panic attacks.





You are in control. You just need to understand why they happen. When we panic we lose all sense of control, we feel something is happening beyond our control. But, believe me, we are in control! It just takes a different way of looking at it and that comes from understanding the situation, understanding why these panic attacks are happening.





Something I would strongly recommend is hypnotherapy and acupuncture.

A couple of things I know for myself:





They do have a chemical component. Your body creates brain chemicals/hormones to deal with the fact that you're reacting to a perceived threat. Dismantling that perception of threat is KEYto interrupting the continued production of the brain chemicals/stress hormones.





If you arrest that process, then it's just a matter of time before the hormonal/chemical response clears out of your system.





My attacks were provoked by definite circumstances that I had to rationally handle without drugs. As much as I wished drugs were the answer, they only were a band-aid for the way the condition felt, and postponed my actual dealing with the circumstances that caused my panic.
Damn....go out, get some sunshine, get drunk, go do something. The more you focus on it, the worse it will get. You need to calous yourself towards alot of this stuff. Go to a strip club or something that will probably push your limits. You'll get over it in time.

sweetie, alot of us suffer from panic attacks and anxiety, sometimes quite severe. please ask someone (or drive yourself) to bring you to see your md. he/she should prescribe a medication that will help with these sudden feelings of panic and help minimize the symptoms. you may need to see a therapist for a while and possibly a physicians assistant or psychiatrist to prescribe your meds, but start with your regular md, be honest, and you could be on your way to recovery and a higher sense of self.
Go to a psychiatrist and they can teach you methods to recognize when you're going to have an attack and how to minimize it or get rid of it altogether.





Also some anti-depressants can help a lot with this problem.
It will pass with time and age.
