Buspar, may help you, but there are alot of other drugs for anxiety also... Check with webmd.com and look up Buspar or just

First See a Dr. to be sure that you don't have any serious health problems. If you don't put yourself in situations that makes you blush and situations that cause you a lot of anxiety. Keep at it long enough and your brain will learn how to deal with it naturally. But you have to force it to. The usual state for our brain is to avoid dealing with stuff. But if you force it, it will do whats best for you which is also best for it...No brain, no pain. Use it or lose it. All those old sayings was developed over years of trial and error.
