Well if the girl likes you then and you like her then ask her out shell blush but not hard,umm like when u guys get older if ur not that age yet then like if u see girls naked then well blush some of us wont get mad but then others do.Tell her she looks beautiful when her hairs a mess,and get her a gift on V-day or just get her a gift and give her it infront of all her friends shell think its sweet since its unexpected.And shell blush because it kinda tells her how much you like her.How could you make girl blush hard

hahaha Dawn's answer made me laugh,but just tell her something nice and sweet,look her in the eyes and just tell her how you feel.
It depends on the girl... I am not easily embarrased at all so trying to embarrass me would never work. (Also, embarrassing a girl you like really isn't the best idea) But sometimes I blush if someone gives me a sincere compliment. (Definately the better idea if you like the girl) Good luck!!
