Powder blush or highlighter?

im looking for a powder blich or highlighter that i can swipe on my cheeks that wont look drying and will leave me with a nice glow... can powders give u a glow? and im talking about a natural glow not with glittery particles in it. i was thinkin about the bare minerals one that they have just the one that goes over the makeup thats supposed to give you that candlelit glow.Powder blush or highlighter?
I must second the NARS suggestion....it's a great product and works really really well. The powder and the multi stick versions are equally good. It is not glittery, but, has a shimmer to it which is the only real way to have a ';glow'; when using a powder product.

the best way to get ';the glow'; is to take very good care of your skin....exfoliate a few times a week, moisturize everyday and drink lots of H2o.....makeup on dry skin looks crappy no matter what you end up usingPowder blush or highlighter?
There are two different powders that I use that are really great for what you're trying to achieve.

The first is NARS Orgasm, which is a lovely blush shade for this time of year when skin is tan. It's a very healthy rosy colour %26amp; has a shimmer to it too. I have it as part of the duo powder compact with a bronzer, but you can also get it in a cream stick version, if you'd prefer.

Secondly, a great highlighter powder is from Bare Escentuals and it's their face powder in Rose Radiance. Its a beautiful subtle cheek highlighter %26amp; has a lovely glowing effect.

bare minerals works very well, but the glow comes more from how you actually apply the blush as opposed to what kind of blush you use.... revlon works pretty good, but bare minerals is the best when it comes to a natural glow.
