Hmmm... I'm not too familiar with water proof blush. For some of the shows I do makeup for, I use Benetint from Benefit. You can pick it up at Sephora. It's actually a liquid tint that you can apply to your lips or to the apples of your cheeks. The color actually seeps into your skin and lasts for hours, days if you don't wash it off with a cleanser.
Sad to say though, it only comes in one color, it actually gives your cheeks a very natural rosy glow. If you're looking for more variety in color, I would suggest a good makeup sealer. MAC has one in a spray bottle, but I don't have enough experience with it to actually give it a thumbs up or down. Sephora might have something as well. SEPHORA...sephora.com the brand Benefit is the best...Im sure they have some... actually i think sephora.com has a search bar just type in waterproof blush and you will probably get something!

Use a little lipstick where you would normally use blush, and smudge/blend to make it even out to the correct tone.
